Andy is an advocate and negotiator who has experience in manpower law, immigration and business dispute resolution for more than 20 years.

Andy always provides the best legal services for his Client. Andy was a bright graduate of Parahyangan Catholic University. In 2001, he established the Law Firm under his name, known as Bangun Natanael & Ridwan Law Firm (which in 2012 became ANR Law Firm). He not only has experience in the manpower area for over 20 years, but during that time, he managed to gain great knowledge in the immigration area. He provides sophisticated legal advice to all of his clients.

In addition to his profession as an advocate, he is also active in several organizations. He served as Chief Honorary Council of the Board of Directors of PERADI for the South Jakarta branch in 2011 and served as the Chief of Alumni for the Faculty of Law Parahyangan Catholic University for 2012- 2016.

GALANG IS AN ASSOCIATE LAWYER WHO JOINED ANR LAW FIRM IN JANUARY 2018. IN CONTRIBUTING TO ANR LAW FIRM, HE PROVIDES LEGAL SERVICES IN THE FIELD OF LITIGATION, BOTH COMMERCIAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL LITIGATION. 

Galang got his Bachelor of Law Degree from Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR). Previously Galang is a Musical Artist who has undergo his career in the music industry, which makes himself interested to wrote concerning Copyright of Musical Works on his thesis. Therefore, he has a strong interest and focus in the field of Intellectual Property Law and Entertainment Law.While in Unpar, he is also very active in student activities in various organizations, one of them by dedicating himself as Vice Chairman of Himpunan Mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Hukum (HMPSIH) period 2014/2015.

 Sarah is a Senior Associate who joined with ANR Law Firm in 2016, during her career in ANR Law Firm, she provides legal service in General Corporate and handle dispute settlement outside court or known as alternative dispute resolution. Sarah has passed the advocate bar exam.

Sarah got her Bachelor of Law degree from the Law Faculty of Parahyangan Catholic University in January 2016. She has a preference for both public international law and private international issues. Therefore, she wrote about international treaty matter for her thesis. During her university years, she actively participated in varied student activities such as FORWARD 198 and HMPSIH. Sarah contributed to several competitions such as Padjadjaran Law Fair 2014 - Constitutional Drafting Competition and Moot Court Competition, in which her team achieved second place. Besides joining the competition, Sarah had also been served as an adjudicator for a scientific papers competition presented by the Law Faculty of Parahyangan Catholic University. She was awarded an Honorable Dean of Law Faculty Award and academic scholarship for showing outstanding achievements. Sarah fluently communicates in Indonesian and English.

Toshinory joined ANR Law Firm as Associate in 2017, He obtained Bachelor Degree form Diponegoro University and Master Degree majoring Business Law in Gadjah Mada University. Prior to joining ANR Law Firm, Toshinory started his legal practice in Law Firm and Legal Aid Foundation where involved him in Commercial Litigation, Industrial Relation, Criminal, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. The experiences have sharpened his analysis and improving his way to provide better settlement in case handling strategically.

Leo Agatha joined ANR Law Firm in 2011 as an associate and was appointed as a Junior Partner in 2012. Prior to joining ANR Law Firm, he had experience in a Legal Aid Institute Foundation in Bandung

Leo Agatha holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the Faculty of Law of Parahyangan Catholic University and a Master of Law degree from the University of Indonesia. In addition to owning an Advocate License from PERADI, Leo Agatha also has a Mediator license from the Indonesian Mediation Center which is registered in the Ministry of Law & Human Rights as Administrator and Receiver under the auspices of the Association of Receiver and Administrator Indonesia. His interest in business dispute resolutions encourages him to analyze legal issues from various point-of-views, either mitigation or litigation. The motivation comes from his perspective that every aspect in life is bound and connected through the legal aspect, thus it requires practical and rational mitigation effort in addition to legal remedies when a dispute arises.
